Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.

REQUESTING A REFUND
To request a refund for a Sensory Room or Soft Play booking:
1. Log into your Account via the website.
2. Click onto 'My Bookings' and select the session you'd like to cancel.
3. Click the down arrow on the right side of the session.
4. Click 'Cancel'.

Cancelling a booked session
Follow the instructions above to cancel a booked session. Please do this at least 24 hours before the session starts. Any cancellations made after this point will not be refunded. ​
